A 25-YEAR-OLD Perth man escaped with minor head injuries after he was shot during an argument with two men.
Around 8pm (WST) on December 1, the victim was involved in an altercation with two men in the southern suburb of Yangebup, police said.
One of the men produced a handgun and fired a single shot at the victim, who suffered a minor gunshot wound to his forehead.
He required medical treatment and was released from hospital in a stable condition.
Fremantle detectives have charged a 19-year-old man from the southern suburb of Banjup with committing an act intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
The charged man appeared in Fremantle Magistrates Court on Friday.
The firearm has not been found and inquiries continue.
